Ayana Rose – Infused Salmon with Citrus Glaze

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 cup Ayana Rose wine
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 orange
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs for garnish (such as dill or parsley)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small saucepan, combine Ayana Rose wine, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and orange zest. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and let it reduce for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them in a baking dish.
Pour half of the wine glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving the other half for later use.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the foil and brush the salmon with the remaining wine glaze. Set the oven to broil and broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the glaze caramelizes slightly.
Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a few minutes. Serve the salmon with a drizzle of the remaining glaze and garnish with fresh herbs.
